Orc Pirate

Here comes the orc pirate. This is your gift for me. It's not done yet, but it begins to look ok.

Now it needs weathering, and I will work on details !

I'm very happy with the base. I wanted a special and unique base, so I used a Saint-Jacques shell where I put sand, little bones and a rusty treasure box !

Voici un pirate orc. C'est le cadeau que tu m'avais fait, il n'est pas fini mais il commence à être sympa à regarder.

Maintenant il va falloir du "weathering", et je devrai travailler les détails !

Je suis très content de mon socle. Je voulais un socle unique et spécial, donc j'ai utilisé une coquille saint jacques, où j'ai mis du sable, de petits os et un coffre au trésor rouillé !

I was interested here in working a little bit on my transitions. I tried to be as patient as possible, in order to improve my skills. This miniatture is not completely done as I have to use white dots here and there. I worked the golden parts with a flat yellow and I tried drybrush on the cape. I'm actually quite happy with the result, even though I still have to smooth the transitions here. Great model, with a lot of presence.

Je voulais travailler un peu mes transitions sur ce modèle et j'ai essayé d'être patient pour améliorer mes compétences. Il manque quelques points blancs ici et là. J'ai travaillé les parties dorées avec un jaune très plat, et le brossage à sec sur la cape. je trouve que le résultat est plutôt bon, même si il faudrait parfaire les transitions. Super modèle, avec beaucoup de présence.
